The “Great Resignation,” the “Great Attrition,” the “Great Reshuffle.'' Regardless of what we call it, it’s referring to the record number of employees who have voluntarily quit their jobs since the onset of the pandemic.
This turnover, which is impacting many organisations, is not exactly a positive as they look to fill empty roles and re-examine employee benefits, compensation, and ways of working in a competitive marketplace.
However, is this impacting our sector in the same way as others? We want to explore how our social housing organisations are being impacted, if at all, by the ‘Great Resignation’.
We have pulled together a short survey to find out more, and we will share our findings with our ARK community.
