Gym Upgrade Survey - Kew Riverside

The Apex Centre is an integral part of the Kew Riverside Development offering.  It also provides added value to the properties and overall lifestyle but the equipment is outdated.  The majority is 12 years old and discussions about updating it have been going on for nearly 3 years.  The KRRA believe that new equipment will help retain the value of our properties.  We would like your views on the refurbishment of the gym – when it should happen and how.
