We understand that the vast majority of registered netball organisations in the Netball Family operate on a voluntary basis and don't have paid employees. However, we realise that there could be some exceptions to this rule. For those of you that have paid employees and pay more than the

, insurers must populate the
Employers Liability Tracing Office's
database with your Employer Reference Number, as issued by the Inland Revenue. The Employers Liability Tracing Office has a duty to hold data on every employer’s Employer's Liability insurance to help those who have suffered injury or disease identify the relevant insurer quickly and efficiently. Please note that our insurers are not able to provide Employers’ Liability cover if information is missing from this database. Therefore, in order for your registered netball organisation to be covered by England Netball's programme of insurance*, please complete
