Hospitality Action Survey April 2018

Hospitality Action is the industry charity that offers vital assistance to all who work, or have worked within hospitality in the UK and who find themselves in need of help and support.
In advance of our Mental Health Awareness Breakfast Seminar on 17th May, we’re looking at mental health issues in the hospitality workplace, specifically focussing on employee stress, the theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week.

To help us to better understand your needs and those of your colleagues, please fill in our quick questionnaire. It’ll only take a few minutes of your time and will help us to improve our services, including our EAP programme, so we can better support everyone within the industry.

The results of the survey will be launched at Hospitality Action’s Mental Health Awareness Week Breakfast Seminar, 8 – 10 am on Thursday 17 May at the Royal Lancaster, London.

The survey can be answered be answer anonymously or if you are happy to share your details we’ll enter you into a prize draw to win two tickets to one of Jason Atherton’s restaurants during our Social Sunday event on 1st July 2018 – a little thank you for your time.
