Sustain, in collaboration with Food for Life and School Food Matters, are exploring the case for calling on the Government to establish a new Healthy Food (Innovation) Fund using money raised through the Soft Drinks Industry Levy (SDIL) to provide a new boost to schools for creating a healthy food environment and improving children’s long-term health outcomes through infrastructure improvement and new projects.

Who should be taking this survey?
- Head teachers, teachers, or other school staff involved in management of funding or developing healthy eating projects
- Local Authority school or public health leads
- Multi-Acadamy Trust leads 
- School Governors and PTAs
- Individuals / organisations involved in the development or delivery or healthy eating projects in schools
- Food organisations
- Children's food campaigners

What will the data be used for?
The results from this survey will help Sugar Smart, Children's Food Campaign, Food for Life and School Food Matters, better understand the needs and uses of ring fenced funds to ensure we are calling for a scheme that best benefits children's health, as part of a concerted effort to ensure children's health is central to the upcoming Comprehensive Spending Review. We will not be sharing the data and will only use case studies and quotes if you agree for us to do so.
