Your school is working with Sheffield Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) as part of the Healthy Minds approach in order to improve links between mental health services and schools to address children and young people's mental health and emotional well-being at the earliest opportunity.
Your responses will help us understand the emotional well-being of students within your school and guide the Healthy Minds offer in order to best support the school and developments across Sheffield.
