Checklist if orders are not downloading or are missing from Tradebox.

Please use this checklist to rule out the most common reasons for orders NOT being downloaded from a sales channel into Tradebox. This checklist should only be used if orders are NOT appearing in Tradebox. A separate checklist is available for orders that exist in Tradebox but are not posting to an integrated accounts software.

* 2. Go to the Channels list and check that the sales channel (the missing orders are from) is ACTIVE and has the DOWNLOAD option ticked.

* 3. Check that the Tradebox Data Service is running on the Service PC. If not reboot the Tradebox Service. See here for common causes of the Data Service not working.

* 4. Is the order DATE of the missing orders 'prior to' the allowed download date set in the channel configuration. See here for more information.
