Dear all,
Many thanks for participating in this International European Survey about ECMO Transports constructed by European Society for Pediatric Intensive Care (ESPNIC) in collaboration with European Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (EuroELSO). The aim of this international survey is to share details, guidelines, and experience from specialised European ECMO Centers. Your personal or specific centre details will not be shared, and full confidentiality is guaranteed. By participating you consent to the study group to use the submitted data for analysis and anonymous publication under ESPNIC/EuroELSO GDPR policy. We will keep the details for the record and future collaboration with this group. We are looking forward to your involvement. Many thanks!

Question Title

* 6. If you are planning on commencing ECMO transports, what are your biggest challenges (tick all that apply)?

Primary ECMO Transports - A mobile ECMO team initiates ECMO at an outside facility and, after initial stabilization the patient is transferred to an ECMO center
Secondary ECMO Transports - A patient is currently supported with ECMO but must be transferred to another facility on ECMO support
Tertiary ECMO Transports - Hospital A has a patient with ECMO indication and a mobile ECMO team from Hospital B goes to Hospital A. The ECMO team from Hospital B puts the patient on ECMO and transports the patient to Hospital C with ECMO capacity.
Intra-facility ECMO Transports - A patient is currently supported with ECMO but must be moved within an institution )e.g., CT scanning).
International ECMO Transports - A patient is currently supported with ECMO but must be transferred to another country on ECMO support.
