Histology, Microscopy, Anatomy and Disease Open Course: Start of course survey

Introduction

We are interested in knowing more about the people who have discovered our free educational resources on The Open University’s OpenLearn website. The aim of the survey is to help us improve what we offer and to share our findings to help others. By answering the survey questions, you are consenting to us using your anonymised data for research and dissemination purposes. All the answers you provide to the following questions will be held securely. Our data protection policy complies with the UK’s data protection legislation.

The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete and questions marked with an asterisk (*) require an answer. You can stop answering the survey at any time by closing your browser. Your answers will be completely anonymous and any information you provide will be stored securely and not released to any third party. It will not be possible to identify any individual from any published account of the results of this study. We will treat all data we collect from this survey as confidential.
