1. Institute of Fire Safety Managers Research Questionnaire

Welcome to the IFSM 2023 Research Project.  Thank you for participating.

This research project explores the connections between Safety Climate, Authentic Leadership and Psychological Safety within the UK's Fire Service, and more broadly within the UK's Health & Safety industry.

There are 45 questions included in this survey and we estimate that it will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete it.  Your responses are completely confidential and any comments you make will be anonymous.
