Why am I being asked to do this?
The purpose of this worksheet is for us to understand what you think and feel about animals and nature and whether this changes as a result of the topic you are doing in school. It should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
You don't have to take part if you don't want to. Just let your teacher know. Your responses will not be shared with anyone else. Even if you agree to take part, you don't have to answer everything and you can stop at any time.
If at any point you wish to stop completing the worksheet, please just let your teacher know that you no longer want to take part and we will make sure that your responses are removed.
