Description
A practical introduction to operational editing techniques using AVID

Course Content
The course covers everything you need to know about Avid including:

Creating a new project in the correct format
Opening/closing and saving projects
Capture/Import file based material
Timewarp and conventional motion effect


Experience with Avid systems is not necessary. A working background in editing, production or post-production is helpful but not essential.

For this course you need to be computer competent.


Fees
Freelance Rate: £495
Corporate Rate: £950

Once you have been accepted on the course we will invoice you, by email, for the full amount of the fees. We must receive your payment 5 working days before the course at the latest. Your place on the course is not confirmed until we have received full payment from you, or you have received written confirmation that you have been awarded a bursary. 

Application and deadlines
