In 2018 the EU introduced the 5th AML directive and since then UK banks have been
redesignating client accounts, making agents open an account per landlord
or closing them completely. 

Agents are sharing on social media the challenges they are facing.

This survey is exploring how significant an issue this is for agents
and the impact on the UK residential rental market.
