SfE Survey-COVID 19 or VITT related Adrenal Haemorrhage

The purpose of this survey is to gain information about the frequency of adrenal haemorrhage and/or adrenal insufficiency in both patients with COVID-19 infection or those with definite or probable VITT.
Following this survey, we aim to collect clinical data for a UK multicentre retrospective audit.
