* 7. Over the last four years SVS has moved to web-based, email, and social media communication. How has this worked for you?

Very good - we extensively use electronic communication

Alright - We have organisational emails and web access but are swamped so more likley to just delete info instead and less likely to access on your website

Difficult - We don't have organisational email or active people who use IT to support our work

We are struggling to meet current demands on our service
