N.E. Lincolnshire Transport Brokerage Questionnaire

Introduction

My name is Gill Popple – I am working with Humber and Wolds Rural Community Council (HWRCC) on behalf of the North East Lincolnshire Community Transport Partners to investigate the appetite and opportunities to share vehicle resources and establish a coordinated pool of transport provision - a brokerage system.

The aim of this Brokerage Project is to:

·         maximise the use of vehicles, many of which stand idle throughout the day or evening

·         provide an additional income to the vehicle owner

·         ensure that existing transport resources are fully utilised

·         support people to attend health and social care appointments and social activities - to remain active contributing to the reduction of isolation and loneliness.

My role is to establish the range of vehicles and resources that are currently under utilised and identify current provision duplication, service needs and gaps.

I would be very grateful if you would complete and return the questionnaire below to me by Monday 4th September 2017.

This is only the start of my research so I may want to make contact with you again, if you do not want me to do this, please indicate at the bottom of the questionnaire.
