* 1. Centrepoint's Pay Offer

Centrepoint’s own figures show that their income was £32.7m last year but their spending was £31.65 leaving a difference of over £1m. Spending on executive pay rose just under 6.5%, but they are offering staff just 2.5%. Inflation (RPI) is at 3%, so the offer represents a real-terms pay cut. Unite is therefore demanding 5% (see here for more details)
