In order to access the library self-issue system during out of hours you will require a bar code which can be collect from the LKS office during staffed hours.

  • Library members must respect other users of the library and conduct themselves in a appropriate manner.
  • Any charges will be paid in accordance with the local charging policy.
  • Library members must ensure that the library is informed of any changes in person/contact details.
  • You will be held responsible for any loss or damage of of items issued to you.  Lost library cards must also be reported to the library immediately.
  • Deleting personal information - your data is kept for as long as you are an active library member.  We will delete the data we hold about you after a maximum 5-year period (in case you return to the Trust again within this time) or sooner if you inform us that you wish us to delete it.  We securely destroy any personal data about you when it is no longer of use.
