Telford and Wrekin Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) currently commissions the Extended Access Service and would like to ask those patients who have used this service about their experience.

The Extended Access Service provides pre-bookable, routine, primary care, evening, weekend and bank holiday appointments for all residents registered with a Telford and Wrekin GP.

Appointments are delivered via hubs across four locations (Wellington Medical Practice, Stirchley Medical Practice, Teldoc Malinslee site and Teldoc Oakengates site).
