I am not sure what constitutes a Safeguarding Concern and how to report one appropriately

My organisation does not have up to date policies, procedures or training in place

There is a lack of attention and supervision given to this subject inside my organisation

Online and or remote working has meant we are missing opportunities to identify abuse or neglect

Referrals to relevant services can be problematic (Adult Social Care, Mental Health, Domestic Abuse, Advocacy etc.)

I find it hard to share information effectively, or there are other barriers to inter-agency working
