Environmental awareness in IVF labs

The aim of this survey is to find out if recycling is a common practice in IVF labs, ease of access to recycling waste collection and also your opinion on what changes should be introduced by the suppliers and manufacturers of IVF consumables to reduce their negative impact on the environment. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey.
.Are you NHS clinic:
.Does your clinic have a recycling policy?
.Does your clinic have access to on-site recycling waste collection
.Do you recycle or re-purpose media bottles and consumables packaging?
.Do you think suppliers/manufacturers should minimise packaging and all product inserts and certificates of analysis should be electronic?
.Should packaging be labelled with recycling signage, similar to supermarket items?
.Should manufacturers/suppliers be required to use more recycled/biodegradable materials, including use of sheep wool for cold transport boxes?
.If two products of the same standard are available from two different suppliers but one supplier is more proactive at reducing carbon footprint, would you choose that one over the other?
.When selecting suppliers, do you ask if they have a documented plan to reduce emission and head towards net zero?
