Evaluation Competencies in Unprecedented Times | Post Webinar Survey

Given the realities of the pandemic and greater focus on inequities, vulnerabilities, intersectionalities, sustainability, and discontinuities, we discussed in the recent series of webinars rethinking evaluator competencies, training of evaluators, and rethinking evaluation criteria.

The webinars were organized by the Evaluation Centre for Complex Health Interventions at the University of Toronto and the Asia Pacific Evaluation Association (APEA) and were attended by a wide international audience.

Following up on the discussions, we are interested to learn what you think should be taught in evaluator training to better address issues of inequity, sustainability, discontinuity and other issues related to the pandemic: What are your suggestions for 2021?

We hope that you will let us know in this anonymous two-question survey.

What are your suggestions for training evaluators to better address issues of inequities, sustainability, and discontinuity, or any insights in the context of the pandemic?
2.What has worked for you? Do you have any good examples of practices, experiences from your setting, or courses you have taken or taught that you recommend? (Please describe details, share links if available, etc.)
