The European Communication Monitor is now in its fourteenth year, with the results of the 2019 survey now widely circulated and preparations for the 2020 survey in progress.

We would like your help.  We want to understand how the survey findings are used and how we can improve the ECM in the future.  We are interested in your feedback on:
  • how you interact with the ECM survey and results,
  • how people share ECM findings with their networks, and
  • what effect (if any) the ECM has had on organisational policies, professional practice, and the careers of practitioners in Europe.

The survey should take less than ten minutes to complete. All information you give will be treated in the strictest confidence and no one will be able to identify you or your organisation from the results. Please submit your completed questionnaire on or before Friday 31 January.

You can withdraw from this research now or at any point whilst completing the survey. However, once you have submitted the questionnaire we will assume you have fully consented to take part in the research and can no longer withdraw.

This survey is being overseen by Prof Dr Ralph Tench, of Leeds Business School, Leeds Beckett University. Anonymised data will be shared with all members of the core ECM research team.
