NEU survey of leaders about STRB award

The Government has finally announced teacher and school leader pay rises for September:

Teachers on the main pay scale are awarded a 3.5% pay rise.
Teachers on the upper pay scale are awarded a 2.5% pay rise.
Leadership colleagues are awarded a 1.5% pay rise.

The Government has said additional funding will be provided to cover the difference between this award and the cost of the 1% award “that schools would have anticipated under the previous public sector pay cap”.

We would like to know what effect this announcement will have in your school to support our ongoing campaigns for better school funding and better pay for teachers.
