Burghfield Parish Council is seeking the views of the local community with regard to introducing a "Community Hub".
In the UK, nearly 60% of people hold a current library card, and libraries received 96 million website visits in 2014/2015, more than three every second. The statistics show that libraries are both popular and important asset for communities.
A "Community Hub" brings together a range of services, providing a diverse ranger of organisations into one central building. Further to the needs assessment by West Berkshire Council, Burghfield Parish Council is proposing to extend the Pavilion on the Common Recreation Ground to develop its role as a "Community Hub".
The questionnaire should take no longer than 3 minutes to complete - the council welcomes your feedback.
