This information is being collected by Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales and will be shared with Lloyds Banking Group for purposes of:
  1. Introducing you to volunteers from Lloyds Banking Group
  2. Sharing programme communications, including surveys for monitoring and evaluation purposes
  3. Internal reporting and auditing
Your data may be shared with Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands and Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland where relevant. This would be applicable to charities based in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands only.

We might also pass your data on to external partners for research into skills-based volunteering.

Your data will be used only for the purposes specified and will be kept on Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales’s database for a period of 7 years.

Under the General Data Protection Regulations, you have the right:
  • of access to your personal data - if anything is inaccurate or incorrect, please let us know and we will correct it (and request that Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales also corrects their record);
  • to have your data expunged from our database (and from Lloyds Banking Group’s database).

Eligibility for this Programme

To be eligible to apply to participate in this programme, you must fulfil the following criteria:

Be in receipt of a grant from Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales

OR

Be affiliated with Lloyds Bank Foundation for England & Wales or Local Motion in any of the following places: Bolsover, Carmarthen, Enfield, Great Yarmouth, Halton, Lincoln, Merthyr Tydfil, Middlesbrough, Oldham, Redcar & Cleveland, Telford & Wrekin or Torbay, with 70% of your provision being delivered in one of these localities. In addition you must also fulfil the following criteria:
  1. Constituted as registered charities, community interest companies, social enterprises, or community organisation.
  2. Have an income of less than £1 million.
