1. How did your government communicate about COVID-19?

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. We are researchers from the Mind and Behaviour Research Group, based in the Blavatnik School of Government and the Centre for the Study of African Economies at the University of Oxford.

We will use this survey to create a database of messages about COVID-19 sent by government agencies (federal, state, individual ministries) to citizens. Then, we will make the information you provide as accessible and useful as possible, contributing to the work of researchers, policymakers and other key institutions.

The survey will take at most 4 minutes to complete. While your response is anonymous, you will have the opportunity to enter your name if you wish to be acknowledged for your contribution.

Question Title

* 1. Since the start of 2020, have you received any direct communications related to the COVID-19 pandemic from the government in your country? By direct, we mean delivered specifically to you, your household or phone - not an address to the nation on TV or an information website. Government includes national or local authority, or any state department.
