We want to make you feel welcome and appreciated when you volunteer for the Forth Rivers Trust! We hope you'll gain valuable experiences and memories as you help us to achieve our goals. As a charity, we rely heavily on our volunteers but we in no way intend to take advantage or for you to feel like you are staff.
Please make sure you tell us anything we would need to know before you sign up, and we will do our best to give you all the information you will need as well. If you wish to withdraw from volunteering at any point just let us know! Here are a few more legalese things for you to go through and sign below.

Use of Images: By ticking the box below, you agree that The Forth Rivers Trust (and partner/funder organisations) may take photographs of you for publicity purposes, including for use in: publications (internal and external) and the internet including social media sites (accessible to all internet users worldwide).(Required.)

9.Health and Safety(Required.)

I confirm that I will carefully read any and all health and safety information provided by the Forth Rivers Trust in advance of undertaking any volunteer activities I carry out, and I will contact the Trust if I have any questions or concerns ahead of the activity.

I confirm that I have disclosed any health information relevant to my ability to volunteer to my coordinator within the Trust.

10.DATA PROTECTION: The information which you provide in this form and as part of the application process will be held for up to 3 years, in accordance with GDPR compliance guidance. It will be used to record activities, interest and experiences of volunteers. By providing the Trust with this information, you agree for your information to be stored, and for this information being used for statistical analysis. The information provided will be used to keep you up to date with volunteering opportunities along with other relevant information about other partner organisations within your interest area.(Required.)
