What could we do to improve the lives of young people, aged around 18-25?

A survey for young people, families, carers, professionals and communities

We are Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT) and we work in collaboration with other organisations and the community to help support people  to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

We want to learn about the experiences and ideas of young people and those who support them so that we can use this knowledge to make the most of the opportunity we have to improve the lives of young people.

We appreciate your time. Thank you for contributing!

2.What do you think is working well that we should keep doing?(Required.)

4.What would you suggest was done to make things better? What do think would make the most difference?
5.Is there anything else you would like to share about your experience that would help us to improve our services?
