At North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust, we pride ourselves in delivering high quality, Safe, Personalised, Accessible and Recovery Focused Care for all our service users.  We are extremely proud to have achieved a ‘Good’ Rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) recently, but we want to do even better. 

 This means ensuring that all our service users and carers:-
·        Have the best experiences we can deliver
·        Are treated fairly and equitably, and that
·        No group is put at a disadvantage or detriment compared to another
