Introduction
The College, through its Clinical Effectiveness Department, wishes to assess how (and how much) our clinical guidelines are being used by our members and how we can help facilitate their implementation, as well as identify areas of improvement.
There are three sections to this survey:

- Cancer dataset implementation and Laboratory Information Management Systems
