Short breaks for disabled children - Summer 2020

Short breaks - please share your views

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing measures, group face to face activities for children and young people are suspended.

As the summer holidays are approaching, we would like to know your ideas about short breaks that disabled children or young people can take part in whilst social distancing measures are in place.

The questionnaire is anonymous and should take about 3 minutes to complete. Thank you for your help.
1.How old is your child or young person?
2.What types of group activities does your child or young person enjoy taking part in?
3.What types of activities does your child or young person enjoy doing by themselves?
4.Please select any of the following that you think your child or young person would enjoy doing as a short break.
5.Are there any barriers that would prevent your child or young person from accessing a short break?
6.Finally, is there anything else you would like to tell us about holiday short breaks?
