This is your opportunity to influence the future development of the Civil Parish of Lambourn. When formally adopted, the Lambourn Neighbourhood Development Plan will have legal force, in general conformity with National and West Berkshire Council planning policies.

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Why should you complete this questionnaire?

We have much to celebrate within the Parish and are fortunate to live in and be surrounded by beautiful countryside - countryside that we want to protect.

We also are aware that we have many ‘forward thinking and innovative’ Landowners and want, through this survey, to be able to highlight  ‘best practice’ within the Parish. All local landowners are invited to participate in this Survey.

Before the Plan can become a legal document, it will have to be approved by an independent Inspector and in a Parish-wide referendum. Whilst the Plan cannot prevent development, it can have a say in where it takes place and what it looks like and your answers will contribute to this.

None of the answers are linked to your details in the final analysis, therefore your responses will remain anonymous.
