Single Queue Diagnostics (SQD) Patient Questionnaire

Why are we asking for your feedback?
For some procedures in Greater Manchester, you might be offered an appointment at a different hospital. This is so we can offer you a sooner appointment than your local hospital can provide. This is called a single queue, and we would like to know how it works for you. Your feedback helps us understand whether it is convenient for you, saves time and meets your needs. Your answers are anonymous.
