Sandwell CAMHS Building Survey 

At Sandwell CAMHS we are keen to find out your thoughts on the building which you attend appointments (Lodge Road). 
 
We are going to have a makeover, which includes redecoration of the building and the installation of art work. We are working with a charity called Hospital Rooms which works with artists to create unique, world class and site specific artwork. Over the coming year, they will invite you to join art workshops to generate ideas for and make these artworks.
 
We want to make sure that those who use our service are involved in the process from start to finish and are keen to hear your ideas/feedback.
 
We are planning on holding focus groups/discussions/creative sessions, if you would be interested in being involved in this please provide you contact details at the bottom of this survey and we will be in touch.
