Survey Introduction
At Winnovart, we believe that Fund Operators should always act as service providers for their Clients: Applicants and Beneficiaries of grants funding schemes (the taxpayers). At the same time, we know there is a gap between public sector agencies and private sector organisations. It is part of our mission to help bridge this gap.
This is why we want to have your feedback on the way Fund Operators manage funding programme (decisions made, actions taken etc.). And we will make sure the results will be seen by the Fund Operator.
Focus of this brief POLL - survey (30 sec of your time):
- the deadline of the SME Growth 2020 competition (EEA&Norway grants) in Romania operated by Innovation Norway has been extended from May 2020 till September 2020 (competition open since February 2020).
This is why we want to have your feedback on the way Fund Operators manage funding programme (decisions made, actions taken etc.). And we will make sure the results will be seen by the Fund Operator.

- the deadline of the SME Growth 2020 competition (EEA&Norway grants) in Romania operated by Innovation Norway has been extended from May 2020 till September 2020 (competition open since February 2020).
- the deadline of the Business Development and Innovation 2020 competition (EEA&Norway grants) in Bulgaria operated by Innovation Norway has been extended from early June 2020 till late September 2020.
Without an official reason published, it is probably related to the current COVID-19 situation.
