Your Voice Matters!

100% of survey complete.
Have you or someone you care for accessed support for mental health, well-being or dementia?

The Local Mental Health Partnership Board (LMHPD) has asked, Hafal, Nexus and Sefyll to find out what you think about mental health services. The LMHPB is made up of a range of organisations,  including the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, local authorities, voluntary sector organisations, education providers and the police among others.

This survey is being undertaken by Hafal, Sefyll and Nexus, who are voluntary sector organisations working in mental health. A report of the findings views will be presented to the LMHPB in September and this will be shared with the Welsh Government.

If you would like more information, or would like a copy of the report when it is complete, please contact Jack at Sefyll on:
