At Performance Accountability Level, the maritime organisation will have completed Level 1. The maritime organisation will provide a framework for monitoring performance and be committed to:
Providing audited and available data collected on measurable processes, outputs and outcomes from base level compliance. Findings shared with nominated seafarer representatives by mutual consent.

a) Fill in the following fields by selecting one of the following status levels according to the extent the Company meets the relevant Best practice / KPI requirements:
  • Achieved
  • Partially Achieved - to  be achieved in the short-term next 6 months
  • Not Achieved - to be achieved in the long-term beyond next 12 months
  • Aiming to tackle in the long-term within 5 years
  • No plans to implement this
b) Provide supporting evidence for the status: related healthcare / attachments (e.g. sections, paragraphs, policies, forms, KPIs, etc.).
