We are launching a Community Alcohol Partnership (CAP) in Farley, Luton. CAP is a national Company who aim to reduce underage drinking and associated harm in local communities - there are 149 CAP areas across the UK so far.  
 
The CAP is all about partnership working - including working with residents locally and ensuring that children and young people are a priority in our community.

We would local residents to tell us what they think about their local area, and in particular about young people (under 18 years old) drinking in public places to help shape the CAP in Farley.
