Murieston (including Bankton) Community Survey

Introduction

Murieston - Creating a Stronger Community

Murieston Development Trust Steering Group is working with Murieston Community Council to create a plan for the future of our area.  We are moving to a position where Community Benefit through various wind farm schemes is now a reality and we want to make sure that money, and any other funding sources that may be available, are put to best use in our community, to make it a great place to live, work and visit. We want to build on some early consultation work and create an exciting and ambitious Community Action Plan that reflects the wants and needs of local people.

We want to hear your views about what the priorities should be for Murieston.  What you tell us will help to plan the things that will happen here and which will make a direct difference to you, your family and neighbours.

Please take a few minutes to complete this important survey and make sure that your voice is heard. Online surveys are collected automatically. Paper copies of the survey can be picked up at the Co-op shop or Di's Diner by Livingston South station and returned to the boxes provided in those locations. You can complete this survey anonymously.

We will also be holding a number of community events which will be advertised locally on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MuriestonCommunity/ and on the Murieston Community Council website: https://murieston.communitycouncil.org.uk so please keep an eye out for notices.

We have commissioned Community Enterprise to help us in this process. If you want more information, please contact Victoria at Community Enterprise E: victoria@communityenterprise.co.uk / T: 01506 862227.

All information gathered will be confidential. All survey responses (including those collected on paper) are recorded on Survey Monkey whose privacy policy can be viewed here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/mp/legal/privacy-policy/.
