Securing your place
Your place on the course is provisionally saved when your application form and your payment have been received. At this point we will review your application. Our bank details are available at the end of the form and you can also pay by card - please contact us for details.
Earlybird discounts
If you are applying within the Earlybird timeframe you will receive a discount on your course fees. Most courses fill up between now and the Earlybird deadline so please apply as soon as you can.
After the Earlybird deadline
Please check that there are still places available on your chosen course by emailing the office.
Instalment options
We offer up to six monthly instalments for those who apply for a place far enough in advance. Please note: instalments must be completed before the first Virtual Classroom. Applying early gives you the widest choice of instalment options.
Advanced and Higher Level Diplomas
If you are enrolling on Higher or Advanced Level courses, indicate which courses you'd like to join and how you'd like to pay and we will contact you with the fee. This is because these pathways are discounted.
Cooling-off and cancellations
We want you to feel secure in your decision to study with us. A statutory cooling-off period applies to all applications, allowing you to withdraw within a set time if you change your mind. The exact timeframe varies depending on when you enrol and how close this is to the course start date. Full details of our cancellation and refund policy are provided at the end of this form.
What happens next
We will review your application and respond within 7 days. Most applications are successful, but if for any reason yours is not, your payment will be refunded in full.
