Dear NI member
As you may know, the NI has made 'more for members' one of the key strands of its 2020 vision and we therefore wanted to gain your views on some of the key services we currently offer to see how they can be improved.
We would be very grateful for your time in completing this survey which will help our Board of Trustees to make future decisions on the areas that matter most to you as a member.
In addition, we want the answers to some questions to form the basis of our future membership campaign. Your answer to our final question on why you value your membership would be most beneficial - even in you prefer your quote not be used in promotional material.
The survey should take around 15-20 minutes but it covers a wide range of NI activities that will help us both benchmark our performance and improve our service to you. We very much appreciate your time so we are also offering a prize draw to win a pair of free tickets for the Annual Dinner in London on 6 December or a 50% discount on any 2019 event. The closing date for the survey is Friday 16 November and all completed surveys with contact details will be entered into the draw.
Please note that none of the questions are compulsory so if a question does not apply to you then you can skip to the next one. However the more answers you give the greater help it will be.
