Community Survey 2021

Rationale

Zest are interested in understanding how the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted on individuals and our community. We would like to hear the views of residents from Upperthorpe, Netherthorpe and Langsett area as well as our volunteers and users of Zest from other areas. By taking part in this survey, you will help us to understand how we might support each other as a community and build on existing strengths; enabling our community to recover and empower itself post-pandemic. It should take about 15 minutes to complete.

As a thank you, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Love2Shop voucher. You will need to provide your contact number below to be entered in to the prize draw. This will not be used for any marketing purposes. The survey closes Midnight 2nd August 2021.
