Safe and Inclusive Ferries for All: Customer Experience Survey Towards a Hate Crime Charter for NorthLink Ferries NorthLink and Disability Equality Scotland, with support from Transport Scotland’s Ferries Accessibility Fund, are partnering to improve inclusion onboard. We want to have a transport system that is safe and comfortable for everyone to use, and we need transport operators to help us eradicate hate crime on public transport and make everyone feel safe to travel. An important part of this is making sure that people know how to identify and report any incidents of abuse or hate crime. We all can all play a part. To help us, you can fill in this short survey on your experience travelling with NorthLink to inform this important work. For the easy read version of this survey, follow this link (opens in new tab) and click 'Download the Easy Read Version' to download the Microsoft Word file.
