This survey will help us pinpoint discussion areas for our co-production group sessions and will help build a picture of life as a man in Lincolnshire right now. If you are not participating in the groups, your input will still be valuable for this research.

Some questions mention suicide. We want people who get involved to feel safe and secure and we do not want anyone to suffer distress or harm.  
As such we would ask that participants consider seriously whether they are in the right place to contribute.
