As part of our commitment to our people, we are pleased to offer again for our seventh year, our annual flu vaccination for any member of staff employed by the Trust that wishes to be vaccinated.
To enable us to offer such a service, we have partnered with one of the largest pharmaceutical chains, Boots.
Staff who apply to be vaccinated will be sent an e-voucher by email. You will then be required to make an appointment with a participating Boots pharmacy (online or in store). At your appointment the pharmacist will accept the e-voucher and provide a flu vaccination at no cost to you*.
*Please note that should you request and be issued with a voucher and fail to make and attend an appointment without a valid reason, a deduction of the cost of the unused voucher (£14.50) will be made from your salary.
