Introduction - why are we running this survey?

We want to find out more about people's experience of head and neck cancer to inform the research we prioritise and understand what information and support is needed most.

Things have changed so much over the last couple of years that this is an important research project for us and the sector. We want to understand everyone's experience whether you were diagnosed a while back, or more recently, and if you are a family member or friend.

It will take around 15 minutes to complete as we are aiming for it to be as comprehensive as possible.

We will be sharing the results of this survey with other cancer support organisations so the wider sector can benefit from the insights you share here.

Please complete the survey by 30 November 2021.

There is the option at the end for you to enter your name for a prize draw for tickets to our Glory of Christmas Concert in central London (which can also be viewed at home).
