Practise Hope Project

Beaconsfield Medical Practice is taking part in an award scheme called the Practise Hope Project.  This project is helping GP practices to improve the way they work with young people who may be struggling with their mental health. This could include difficult thoughts or feelings which can cause some people to feel low or anxious.

Please be as honest as possible with your responses.  Your responses are anonymous, meaning no-one will know which answers are yours.
