West Wales Care Partnership Social Care Attraction and Recruitment Questionnaire |
Why should I complete this questionnaire?
People who work in care make a huge difference to peoples lives every single day. By taking 15 minutes of your time to complete this questionnaire you can support care organisations across Pembrokeshire to help recruit new people to work in the caring profession as they seek to attract people who may not thought to have considered a career in social care, people who are not only kind and caring, but have the right attitude and values, for example patience, respect and teamwork.
What else can I do to help?
A career in social care is often overlooked or misunderstood by the general public. The West Wales Care Partnership are really keen to hear from social care professionals and any friends, family and neighbours who do not work in care or may be considering returning to the sector, so we can understand how we can attract people to this valuable profession.
So in addition to completing this questionnaire yourself please share the online link with them, it will only take 5 minutes for your friends, family or neighbours to complete 3 or 4 questions.
If you require any support or have any queries regarding the completion of the survey, please contact Donna Thomas at donna.thomas@welv.co.uk
Survey
The first few questions will identify whether or not you currently work in care and where applicable you will be asked for information about your role and responsibilities in your organisation. You will then be asked to answer a set of specific questions about attraction and recruitment in care
Your personal data and responses will be kept in strict confidence in accordance with the associated privacy policy and you will NOT be identifiable in any published results.
