Reading with dementia

A survey about making written information easier to understand.

We know that dementia can have an impact on people's ability to read.

In 2013 we produced a guide to help people produce written information that was easier for people with dementia to understand.

It's time we updated that information as things have changed a lot since then.

That's why we're asking you to do this survey. So we can get an idea of the kind of problems people are facing with reading.

We're interested in people without dementia as well - not least because we have always found that writing better for people with dementia seems to be better for everyone else too.

The survey should take between 3 to 5 minutes to complete.
